RT-RK Banja Luka Office is closely connected with the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the University of Banja Luka. In fact, we work so closely that number of our offices are located at the Faculty itself. The largest percentage of our employees are graduates from this faculty and many of them are our former scholarship holders.
We truly believe that we can enhance collaboration between academia and industry, and significantly increase quality of knowledge for students. Therefore, we are constantly improving scholarship programs that we offer to all students interested in our work and students who wish to be a part of our company with the additional possibilities of doing their thesis on projects in our company.

Where can you meet us?
Every spring, we are organizing Open day for students, where they can attend interesting presentations about latest work on projects in different areas and meet our engineers during following informal event.
