PRIVACY POLICY

The Privacy Policy aims to explain how and why the Company collects your personal data, how it processes them, and what your rights are as a data subject. In the context of applicable data protection regulations (the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of Serbia and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)), the data controller is the Company: RT-RK DOO Novi Sad - an abbreviated name for „Istraživačko-razvojni Institut RT-RK doo za sisteme zasnovane na računarima Novi Sad“. The Privacy Policy applies to candidates in the selection and recruitment process and other natural persons engaged by the Company (students, scholarship holders, external associates, etc.).

PRIVACY OF COLLECTED DATA

- Personal data we collect in the selection and recruitment process include: name, surname, qualification, place of birth, unique personal identification number (JMBG), personal photograph, job title, social network, residence address, and home address, email address, mobile phone number, biography, IP address, browser data.

- Personal data we collect in the process of engaging students on projects include: name, surname, place of birth, unique personal identification number (JMBG), personal photograph, residence address, and home address, email address, mobile phone number, name of the faculty, department and study program, index number, average grade, bank account number.

- Personal data we collect in the process of engaging external associates include: name, surname, place of birth, unique personal identification number (JMBG), personal photograph, residence address, and home address, email address, mobile phone number.

As a data controller, RT-RK DOO Novi Sad takes care of the security and privacy of your personal data and implements numerous organizational, technical, and procedural measures to ensure the most complete data protection.

PURPOSE OF DATA COLLECTION

The collected data are used for one or more of the following purposes:

- Conducting the recruitment process and fulfilling legal obligations related to establishing an employment relationship (e.g., registration in the mandatory insurance system)

- Engaging students (internship agreement/scholarship agreement)

- Engaging external associates.

Data collection may include the following:

- Verification of the accuracy of entered data;

- Reference checks;

- Assessment of qualifications and skills required for the job you are applying for;

- Communication data (email messages, phone calls, SMS messages, messages from social networks);

- Completing questionnaires and tests.

ACCESS TO DATA

Access to your personal data is limited to the Company's employees and all affiliated companies associated with RT-RK DOO Novi Sad as the data controller, who are involved in the recruitment process. Affiliated companies FTN-IRAM-RT DOO Novi Sad, iWedia doo Novi Sad, Institut „RT-RK“ DOO Banja Luka, RT-RK d.o.o. Osijek, TTTech Nexus CEE DOO Novi Sad and TTTech Computertechnik AG Vienna, Austria.

Your personal data are stored within the European Union, and their access is secured by the highest technical standards and practices.

DATA RETENTION AND USAGE PERIOD

In the case of a selection process preceding employment, your personal data will be retained until the completion of the competition for the open position you applied for, or for other active positions for which we believe you qualify, unless you have chosen to have your data retained for a longer period and to be notified of future employment opportunities.

In the case of employment or other forms of engagement, your personal data will be subject to periodic processing during the period of employment/engagement in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Rulebook.

The retention period of your personal data is in accordance with the relevant legislation of the Republic of Serbia.

DISCLOSURE OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

RT-RK DOO Novi Sad uses the "TalentLift" database, an application owned by AdoptoTech LLC (hereinafter: TalentLift), within the recruitment process. TalentLift, as a processor, processes personal data at the request of the Company.

For candidates who pass the initial stages of the recruitment process and for other natural persons engaged by the Company, RT-RK DOO Novi Sad uses the "AEB Tool" portal, an application owned by AEB Gesellschaft zur Entwicklung von Branchen-Software mbH (hereinafter: AEB). AEB, as a processor, processes personal data at the request of the Company, in order to determine whether persons are on the list of EU and US sanctions.

RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS

Candidates in the recruitment process, after registering in the TalentLift database, will be granted access to the portal where they can obtain data about their personal data, request export or deletion of the same. The hyperlink to TalentLift is in the confirmation email after applying for the competition.

Persons whose data we process can request correction or updating of data at any time, withdraw consent for data processing, request information about data usage, data status, as well as data transfer to another legal entity (if not deleted).
