Technical Sales Manager

Location: Novi Sad, Belgrade


Your role would include:

  • Management and expansion of relationships with existing customers in the Edge IoT and embedded software segments 
  • Identifying, qualifying, and acquiring new B2B customers in the consumer electronics and smart home markets 
  • Developing a deep understanding of RT-RK’s technical expertise and service offerings to effectively position engineering services in Edge IoT such as System Integration and connectivity technology development 
  • Collaboration with engineering teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and project scoping documentation 
  • Negotiation of contracts and close deals in alignment with company growth objectives 
  • Monitoring market trends, competition, and customer needs to inform business development strategy 
  • Representing RT-RK at relevant industry events, trade shows, and conferences 
  • Reporting regularly on pipeline development, account performance, and revenue forecasts  


Requirements:

  • Academic education (BSc or MSc degree)  
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development within embedded software, IoT, or semiconductor industries 
  • Proven track record of acquiring and managing international technology customers 
  • Solid understanding of embedded systems, edge computing, IoT and connectivity technology 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills 
  • Strong consultative sales approach with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value 
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) 
  • Willingness to travel across Europe  

Preferred skills and knowledge: 

  • Technical background (Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or similar) 
  • Experience selling engineering services or custom software development projects 
  • Established network in the consumer electronics or smart home ecosystem
