Your role would include:

  • Assisting and supporting in the implementation of all HR processes (promoting administrative processes and procedures, providing on-boarding and off-boarding procedures, supporting employer branding and internal communications, etc)  
  • Organizing and conducting full cycle of recruitment and selection process – recruitment, reviewing and shortlisting applicants, conducting interviews, preparing job offers  
  • Sourcing active and passive candidates from a variety of recruitment channels  
  • Building excellence in candidate experience – building strong relationship with candidates and guiding them through the selection and hiring process  
  • Carrying out different activities in order to enhance productivity and job satisfaction of all employees (keeping regular communication with employees, creating strategic approach to key employees, carring out employee satisfaction surveys, supporting recognition award processes)  
  • Providing guidance and support to managers and leaders on various HR matters, such as talent management, employee development, performance improvement, and organizational design  
  • Developing talent retention strategies in cooperation with leaders  
  • Supporting and coaching leaders in carrying out their leadership role  
  • Facilitating employees' career development and involvement in talent succession planning  


Requirements:

  • University degree in social sciences   
  • 5+ years of experience in similar roles (experience in the IT industry will be considered an advantage)  
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills  
  • Effectiveness in addressing change and transforming words into actions  
  • Proactive, result-driven and innovative approach  
  • Advanced knowledge of English language
