Location: Novi Sad

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our IT department. The person would be responsible for 1st and 2rd level IT support.

Your role would include:

• Windows/Linux OS deployment and support

• User hardware/software/peripheral support

• Serve as primary point of contact for troubleshooting technical issues

• Investigate and analyze information to find resolution for end-user issues

• Troubleshoot network connectively issues

• Provide support for remote users

• Asset management

• Documenting maintenance actions taken

• Provide 1st and 2nd level support


• BSc/MSc degree in the field of computer engineering or informatics

• 2+ years of experience in System engineering and providing IT support in a professional environment

• Understanding of networking concepts

• Proven skills in PC repair, troubleshooting and deployment

• Good in written and spoken English

• Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously

• Strong problem solving abilities, as well as self-initiative and proactive approach

• Orientation towards team work

• Good communication skills

• Driving license
