Administration officer in HR department 

Location: Novi Sad

Your role:

• Provide general administrative support in all activities of HR department (e.g. on-boarding and off boarding administration, internal rotations, scholarship programs etc.)

• Provide clear and up-to-date database and monitoring tools

• Assists in all HR processes – different motivational programs for employees, team building activities, evaluation processes, happiness at work surveys etc.

• Interaction with all employees at all organizational levels


• 2+ years of working experience as HR administration officer

• Experienced with Microsoft office tools, especially Excel

• Strong knowledge of English language

• Strong analytical skills and orientation towards details

• Responsible, dedicated and reliable personality

• Team spirit and positive, flexible approach
